During this registration you will need to provide the following:

• Pic of your athlete that shows a good look of their face. Must be a Head/Face shot for valid registration until correct pic is uploaded player will not be eligible to play.

• A copy/pic of your athletes birth certificate.

• (Tackle)Current physical that runs through the entirety of the current season. Must be good through November of 2026!

• Proof of your athletes current grade and year-Example a pic of their school ID or ASB card, An official school document that shows grade and year from one of the online school portals that your school uses. or any other official school document that shows both the current year and grade level.

• If you are registering for Cheer you will do the same process just pic your team and grade level as if you are doing a regular football registration. The cost for cheer $50.
